Я возвещаю от начала, что будет в конце, и от древних времён то, что ещё не сделалось, говорю: Мой совет состоится, и всё, что Мне угодно, Я сделаю.
Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things which have not been done, Saying, My purpose will be established, And I will accomplish all My good pleasure’;

I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.’

Only I can tell you the future before it even happens. Everything I plan will come to pass, for I do whatever I wish.
