Против него выступил Салманассар, царь Ассирийский, и сделался Осия подвластным ему и давал ему дань.
Against him came up Shalmaneser king of Assyria; and Hoshea became his servant, and gave him presents.
Shalmaneser king of Assyria came up against him, and Hoshea became his servant and paid him tribute.
