Израиль — ветвистый виноград, умножает для себя плод: чем более у него плодов, тем более умножает жертвенники; чем лучше земля у него, тем более украшают они кумиры.
Retribution for Israel's Sin Israel is an empty vine, he bringeth forth fruit unto himself: according to the multitude of his fruit he hath increased the altars; according to the goodness of his land they have made goodly images.

The LORD’s Judgment against Israel How prosperous Israel is — a luxuriant vine loaded with fruit. But the richer the people get, the more pagan altars they build. The more bountiful their harvests, the more beautiful their sacred pillars.
Retribution for Israel's Sin Israel is an unpruned vine, he bringeth forth fruit unto himself: according to the abundance of his fruit he hath multiplied altars; according to the goodness of his land they have made goodly statues.
